Dunn Falls features two large waterfalls on either side of the Appalachian Trail, just south of East B Hill Road near Upton. The Appalachian Trail passes over the top of the lower falls, and a short side trail from there leads to the upper falls. A blue-blazed side trail connects to the Appalachian Trail about a hundred feet from of East B Hill Road to the top of the lower falls, providing access to the bottom of the lower falls.
