The Southwest Ledges on Glass Face Mountain (the USGS map spells it with two words; Mahoosuc Pathways, the manager of the trail uses the one-word spelling) provide amazing views of the Androscoggin River down below, as well as surrounding mountains, including Mount Washington. The trail begins across Route 2 from the boat launch in Rumford Center, goes through a cemetery, and climbs up to the ledges.
