Mount Tom in Fryeburg is owned and managed by the Nature Conservancy. Views from anywhere the trails reach are slim to none, but with a short bushwhack from the summit to the South-facing cliffs, there are a couple of really good viewpoints. The Nature Conservancy ought to add a trail that hits the good viewpoints. Both trails – the West Ridge Trail and the Old Mount Tom Trail – to the summit of Mount Tom leave from Menotomy Road.
